FAQs – Orders, deliveries and returns

When will you ship my order? 

You can find the latest updates on the delivery schedule here. Once your machine is ready for delivery you’ll receive an automated email with your tracking information.

Where does 9Barista ship to?

We ship worldwide and have shipped machines to over 25 countries around the world. Unfortunately we cannot send machines to countries that DHL does not operate in; at the moment that includes: Iran, Iraq and North Korea. 

China: We can ship 9Barista machines to mainland China, however, if you wish to order more than one machine at at time, please contact us first. 

Russia: We have successfully shipped machines to Russia but occasionally there are issues with customs. It may be safer to get in touch with us prior to placing your order so that we can ensure it reaches you in good time.

Will I have to pay any taxes, duties or charges when my machine arrives?

This will depend on which country you are shipping to. All machines shipped outside the UK exclude VAT, so you may need to pay that when it arrives, depending on where you live. Please see our shipping page for more information.

Can you tell me more about engraving?

Absolutely! We offer custom engraving on all machines. You can find out more about engraving on the 9Barista product page in the website’s shop. Just scroll down to the ‘Custom Engraving’ tab below the gallery image.

What is your return policy?

If you’re not happy with your 9Barista, for whatever reason, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days. Orders made to your specification, such as machines with engravings and some pre-orders, cannot be returned for a refund. You can read our full returns policy on our warranty and returns page.

Does the 9Barista come with a warranty?

Yes, we offer a 2 year warranty on parts and labour on all non-consumable parts. Full warranty details are available to read on our warranty and returns page.

How long does delivery take?

We ship our 9Barista machines with DHL or DPD, and delivery is quick. Spare parts are shipped with Royal Mail. For more details on expected shipping times please see our shipping page.

Can I add items to my order?

Yes, absolutely – please contact us at [email protected] if you’d like to do so.

How can I cancel my order?

If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to help.

Do you ship to business addresses?

Yes, we do, but we will require some additional information. If you’re based in the EU, please ensure that you provide your EORI and VAT numbers when ordering or customs will not be able to deliver your machine. 

Do you ship to military addresses?

Unfortunately our shipping partners are unable to deliver to military addresses, particularly APO, DPO or FPO addresses.

Do I need to provide any personal information?

It depends on where the machine is being shipped. Some countries do have specific regulations, and we’ve listed those we’re aware of here.
