Your 9Barista has been designed, manufactured and tested with care and with longevity in mind. It’s important that you follow the instructions included with your machine; if you look after your 9Barista and use it properly it should last you a lifetime.
If you have any trouble with your 9Barista, please send an email to [email protected] and we’ll do what we can to get you back on track. Please include a complete description of any problems you’re having, including photos or videos as well as the serial number of your machine (you’ll find this engraved on its base).
We offer a 2 year warranty on parts and labour on all non-consumable parts. This excludes normal wear and tear, as well as any damage caused by accident, abuse or incorrect use.
We consider the following parts consumables:
- All o-ring seals (one spare boiler o-ring is included as standard)
- Safety ring (one spare safety ring is included as standard)
Under normal use these consumable parts should last many years, but it is possible that over time they may need replacing. Any damage, wear or issues with these parts is not covered under our warranty. All consumables are available to buy here.
If you have a problem with your machine, please follow the support instructions above. If we determine that your machine is faulty and eligible for a warranty repair or replacement, we will co-ordinate the process with you over email.
If we ask you to send your 9Barista back to us for repair, we’ll cover your postage if the repair is covered under warranty. Otherwise we ask that you pay that cost – we suggest you chose an insured and tracked postage service as we can’t replace any machines that are lost in the post.
Please make sure that the 9Barista is suitably packaged for delivery. Damage caused in transit due to inadequate packaging will not be covered by us.
If you have problems with your machine after your warranty has ended, or you accidentally damage something, don’t worry – we’re here to help. We offer a complete selection of 9Barista spare parts for sale here at 9Barista.com to allow you to repair your machine. Get in touch if you need help!
If you’re not happy with your 9Barista – for whatever reason – you can return it for a full refund if you notify us within 14 days of receiving your machine. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we may not be able to offer you a refund. But please do get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
Orders that were made to your specification, such as custom engravings and some pre-orders, cannot be returned for a refund.
Please contact [email protected] with proof of your original order and we’ll get the process started. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the the same condition that you received it – it’s OK if you’ve used it, but it must not be damaged. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we receive your machine, we will refund the full cost of your order and the original shipping costs, although we will not cover the shipping cost of returning your machine to us.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot process your return if we don’t receive your machine or if it’s damaged in the post. If you would like to use DHL to return your machine we can provide a returns label at a significantly reduced cost.
