Shipping Policy

Overview

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly and ensure a reliable, trackable delivery experience wherever you are in the world. Shipping methods and timelines vary depending on your location and the service used.

UK Shipping (Domestic Orders)

All UK orders are shipped via FedEx Express or Royal Mail, depending on the parcel's size, weight, and destination.

  • Dispatch time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery time:

    • FedEx Express: next working day after dispatch

    • Royal Mail: typically 1–3 working days after dispatch

  • Tracking: Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched (availability may vary depending on the service used).

We select the most appropriate carrier to balance speed, reliability, and environmental impact.

International Shipping

All international orders are fulfilled and shipped via Global-e, our trusted international logistics partner.

  • Shipping options & rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Delivery times: Vary by destination and selected service level. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout.

  • Duties & taxes:

    • These may be included upfront at checkout or on the product page, depending on your country.

    • If not prepaid, they are the customer's responsibility upon import.

  • Tracking: Full tracking is provided for all international shipments.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not yet been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it, and you will need to process a return for a refund. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders will be shipped Next-Day when stock is available. See product pages for specific lead times. 


Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details and shipping method.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly.
