How is this different from the standard 9Barista?
The Fractal Edition features exclusive engraving, numbering, and a certificate of authenticity, and includes a signed copy of Third Wave Machinists. It’s made to order and produced only once.
Will the Fractal Edition 9Barista be restocked?
No. This is a one-time release available only during Black Friday weekend.
Can I gift the 9Barista?
Absolutely. The 9Barista Fractal Edition and Collector's Bundle is delivered with a certificate of authentication, and the bundle with a signed book and certificate, perfect for gifting.
When will it be shipped?
Orders will begin processing immediately after the sale window closes as each engraved machine is made to order. Shipping will commence from the 8th December and all orders including espresso machines will be shipped Express with DHL, meaning they should arrive within 2-4 business days depending on location.
Is this edition covered by warranty?
Yes. The Fractal Collector’s Edition is fully covered under our standard warranty of 5 years. If anything isn’t perfect, we’ll make it right. You can find full details of our warranty here: Warranty Policy
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because each unit is made to order and numbered, we’re unable to make changes to your order once it's been received by us. Please double-check your details before checking out.
Will other products be discounted during black Friday?
Yes, our Mk.1 machines are 15% off up from 10%, and curated accessory bundles are being featured for a limited time. All of which offer up to 10% off as opposed to buying the items separately.
Can I return this if it’s a gift?
Yes. We accept returns on gifted machines within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.
We understand that gifting is personal, if the recipient would prefer a different model or isn’t ready to start their espresso journey, we’ll help you arrange a return or exchange.
