When is the last day to order for guaranteed Christmas delivery?
Due to exceptional demand this season, we recommend ordering by 7th December for guaranteed delivery before Christmas.
Any orders received after this date we will do everything we can to ensure it is with you for Christmas, but we cannot guarantee it.
How do I access the free custom text engraving offer?
You can access our free custom text engraving offer by adding your chosen 9Barista model along with the 'text Engraving' option on the product page to the checkout where you can then apply the code: MAKEITPERSONAL.
Can I add a logo or custom graphic?
Yes, we offer premium graphic engraving for monograms, logos or line art. You’ll be able to upload your file and our team will confirm compatibility before engraving. This may add 1–2 working days to dispatch.
What’s included with each machine?
Each 9Barista machine includes the full espresso assembly, a detailed user manual, and packaging suitable for gifting. Accessories and bundles are also available.
Does the 9Barista make real espresso?
Yes. Unlike moka pots or manual brewers, 9Barista produces true espresso at 9 bar pressure, using a unique double-boiler system. It delivers the crema, richness and consistency expected from professional machines, no electricity or pods required.
Is there a warranty or returns policy?
All 9Barista Mk.2 machines come with a 5-year warranty and lifetime support. We also offer a 14-day return policy. If you are ordering for Christmas, we are offering an extended returns period for orders received from 1st December, which may be returned up until the 16th January. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide and offer most customers the option to pay for duties at the checkout for full cost transparency. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
