Water is leaking from the side of the machine
Problem
Water is leaking from the side of the machine, at the point where the Boiler and Grouphead join.
Solution
Make sure the Boiler has been fully tightened. Once fully tightened the Upper chamber o-ring will form a seal preventing the leak.
