Water is coming out of the chimney
Problem
Water is coming out of the Chimney while the 9Barista Mk.2 is brewing.
Solution
1. Check the fill level of the boiler
The machine should be filled with 110-120g of water. Check that you are not overfilling the boiler.
2. Avoid using soapy water to clean the machine
If you used soapy water to clean the Boiler, it can cause it to overflow on the next use. Avoid using soapy water to prevent this happening.
2. Fix o-ring the leakage
If the first two points are not the cause, then you may have a leak in your machine. This will always be accompanied by the machine also producting a low shot weight. If this is happening, follow these instructions to fix the issue.
